The form on this website asks for your name, your email address and your website or the name of your business.

When you tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message ready for you to send. What you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

When you send the form, the page adds three things.

• Which of our pages the form was on.
• The website you arrived from, if your browser reports it, and which of our pages you opened first.
• If you arrived from an advertisement, the labels on its link. They name where the advertisement ran, what kind it is, the advertisement itself, its campaign and the search words that showed it. Where a link carries no labels, the page notes only whether the advertisement ran on Google, or on Facebook or Instagram. All of it describes the advertisement, not you.

We use these to learn which advertising brings real requests.

To carry them from the first page you opened to the form, your browser keeps one short note for the length of your visit. A second note records that the opening of the home page has played, so it does not play twice. Neither is a cookie. The first is sent only with the form, the second never leaves your browser, and your browser erases both when you close the tab.

Your request is sent by email to hello@eversoft.co. The website sends one email to the address you entered, to confirm that the request arrived.

Two companies carry this out. Resend delivers the emails. Google hosts this website through Firebase, runs the form and holds our mailbox. Each handles your details under its own privacy terms.

A third company, Cloudflare, checks that the form and the chat are used by a person and not by a robot. To do that it reads technical details of your browser and your internet address. It is not given what you type.

The chat on this site sends your messages to our assistant, powered by Anthropic, to write a reply. We do not keep the conversation.

We do not sell your details, and we give them to no one other than the companies named here.

We keep the email that carries your request, and one line in our own list of requests, held in a Google spreadsheet that only we can open. It holds the same details as the email.

We keep both for as long as we need them to answer you, or to do the work if you hire us.

To limit misuse, the form counts how many times it is sent from one internet address within one minute. The count is held only for that purpose and is not saved. Google, which runs the form, may keep its own records under its own terms.

This website uses Google Analytics, a service of Google, to count visits and to learn which advertising brings requests. To do that, Google sets cookies in your browser and receives details such as the pages you open, the kind of device you use and roughly where you are.

If you arrived from one of our advertisements, Google may also use this to measure that advertisement and to show our advertising to you again.

You can turn this off at any time. Choose Cookie choices at the foot of any page and answer no. If your browser sends a do not sell or share signal, we treat that as a no. In Europe, nothing is measured until you say yes.

Write to hello@eversoft.co at any time to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. We will do it.

This website is for people who own or manage a business. It is not meant for anyone under 18. If someone under 18 has sent the form, write to hello@eversoft.co and we will delete the request.
